Voyages to Antiquity Six New 2012 Itineraries

Voyages to Antiquity has launched its 2012 brochure which offers 21 voyages exploring ancient Mediterranean civilisations.

The programme for 2012 includes six new cruises to the Western Mediterranean including France and Spain, with tours visiting Arles, Avignon, Barcelona and Carcassonne. One new option is a 14-night Grand Tour from Venice to Cannes which departs on May 26 2012. Ports of call include Ravenna, Split, Corfu, Taormina, Sorrento, Civitavecchia, Livorno and Marseilles. Early booking offers (up to August 31 2011) and no or reduced single supplements are available on selected departures.

Cruise prices start from £1695 per person for a 12-day cruise (based on two people sharing an inside cabin) and include shore excursions, expert guest speakers, wine, beer and soft drinks with dinner, gratuities, accommodation pre and/or post cruise in Athens, Istanbul and Rome, return flights with British Airways and transfers.

Voyages to Antiquity feature boutique-style cruises onboard medium-sized ships which carry an average of 350 passengers. They offer carefully planned itineraries with expert lecturers on history, archaeology and culture.
