Hurtigruten New Customer Loyalty Scheme

Cruise operator Hurtigruten has created a new customer loyalty programme, with the aim to encourage repeat bookings and give added benefits and rewards for loyal customers.
 
The programme is called '1893 Ambassador' and it offers a range of discounts. Anyone who has spent at least 3 consecutive nights on board is eligible for membership.

Amongst the benefits are a 10% repeat customer bonus on the next Norwegian Coastal Voyage; 5% repeat customer bonus on the next Explorer Voyage; visit to the captain on the bridge; three days of free bicycle hire per round trip on the Hurtigruten along the Norwegian Coast; welcome fruit basket; and finally a free quarterly member journal with background information and insider tips.
