Discover Egypt Launches Latest Brochure

Discover Egypt have just released a new 2019/20 brochure which offers a wide choice of holidays including classic Nile cruises and Lake Nasser cruises; holidays and city stays in Cairo, Aswan and Luxor plus the Red Sea Riviera resorts of Hurghada, El Gouna and Soma Bay, and twin and multi-centre stays to Egypt, Jordan and Israel.

The brochure also offers an extensive range of holiday itineraries, twin and multi-centre options and escorted tours, plus bespoke itineraries that are designed for individual holiday makers.

Highlights of the new programme include a seven-night Israel Heritage Tour visiting many iconic sights including Jerusalem, the Church of Nativity in Bethlehem and the Dead Sea. Prices start from £1,599 per person. The Classic Jordan tour also costs from £1,599 per person and the Spectacular Egypt and Jordan Tour leads in at £2,569 per person.

The operator has added new hotels; the Steigenberger El Tahrir and Conrad Hilton in Cairo and the Sofitel Winter Palace and Hilton in Luxor.

The renovated five-star MS Tulip makes its brochure debut. It features just 50 guest cabins and a chic and stylish interior. Alongside the Sonesta Star Goddess and the Mayfair, guests have a wider choice of luxury boats and Nile cruise itineraries.

Discover Egypt includes direct flights to Luxor for most Nile cruises (except between 3 June and 2 September). Lead in price for a seven-night Nile cruise on board the MS Tulip is £1,047 per person, including return flights, transfers in resort, full board cruise and 10 excursions accompanied by an Egyptologist. The operator also offers 11- and 14-night Ultimate Nile cruise on board the Steigenberger Royal sailing the Nile between Aswan (or Luxor) and Cairo, visiting the Pyramids and rarely-explored temples and tombs in Middle Egypt. This offers an opportunity to see some of the less-visited sites between the Pyramids and ancient Thebes. Lead in prices start from £1899.
